Summit hikes NSW

Hello hikers, I'm looking for a recommendation for a hike in NSW that has an impressive summit view at the end I'm 20 weeks pregnant and an experienced hiker and climber, hoping to do a pregnancy reveal with a fun backdrop as well as have a fun trek.

I'm based in Sydney but happy to travel for a worthy route 🙂
