Strange question for a custom project

So I just bought a second hand Rg unicorn, the details are not important but I wanna know one thing: how I can remove the V fin decals effectively, since I broke the connection point of the v fin once, and certainly don’t want it to repeat.

Also, is there a way to prevent this from happening (I’m aware of using super glue but not sure if it might thicken up some unnecessary tuff) or like is there a way to fix this? I wanna know just in case, or is this problem just unsolvable and the v fins are bound to break at one point unless I buy the metal v fins.
