Transgender passports

my passport says “approved” for F to M and name change and that it should be here on or around 01/22 but i still haven’t received it.. should i be worried... i have plans of leaving the country on 03/05 but maybe earlier with how things are going. i’m getting a student visa in spain and will carry out the visa process in spain. i have even considered asylum at this point. idk what to do.
