Looking for recommendations

Lookin to upgrade the gen 3 19. Was hoping yall could point me in the right direction for rmr cut slides. Have been looking at brownells cause they seem to be the easiest on the wallet. Also curious what holosun rmrs might be best, new irons, after market triggers, and if ramjets are worth the cheddar. Thanks
