It happened to me! tips inside.
Tips:
1)No stress during the day .
2)No alcohol (with alcohol my sleep averages in 50-60 range).
3)One coffee cup per day in the morning, no caffeine after 3pm.
4) No beverages before going to sleep, if you did, go to the restroom before sleep. If you wake up during the night to go pee it will ruin your score.
5) Don`t go bed to early, my rule of thumb is to have at least 15 hours of no sleep. If I woke up at 6am I can go sleep only after 9pm, no naps.

In my opinion if you sleep score is in the 90s you are already a winner.
