HRV problems

HRV has been “poor” since recent update. Typically in between 22-31 as my range which I know is low anyway.

Since last weeks update my balance range has disappeared. Not sure if this happened to anyone else or if this is just recalculating my range since it has been lower than usual recently.

Don’t have covid. No new health issues. Did decrease working out a bit but getting back into it.

Any thoughts??
