How can I make him look more alive?

I recently got my first suit head from a beginner maker. How can I make him look more alive and less uncanny? I did a simple mockup on a drawing app and I think he looks much better with those accessories. Any suggestions or beginner-friendly crafting tips would be greatly appreciated!
