Need Advice on build or prebuilt

Im looking to buy my first AR. Looking around the 1500 range. Right now im torn between 3 options.

#1 is to buy the prebuilt BMC RECCE 16 https://copsgunshop.net/shop/bcm-bravo-company-manufacturing-recce-16-kmr-a-5-56-bronze-cerakote-750790brz/ ~$1450

#2 is to buy a Aeroprecision M4E1 lower https://copsgunshop.net/?s=m4e1 ~$300

- Then I would purchase DDM4 V7 https://danieldefense.com/ddm4-v7-upper-receiver-group.html ~$1,179 + $300 = $1,479 (I'll get a mil discount on this one)

#3 is to use that same M4E1 lower but get a BMC BFH 16 upper. https://bravocompanyusa.com/bcm-bfh-16-mid-length-enhanced-light-weight-upper-receiver-group-w-mcmr-15-handguard/~$1,129 + 300 = $1,429

So my questions are

  1. which option would you suggest?

  2. Can I expect the BCM Recce to have the same build quality upper as the DDM4 or the BFH 16? Or really the whole rifle, is it similar to prebuild computers where it has a few flashy high quality parts, and then other lower quality parts for the fill in parts. BCG, trigger assembly etc.

  3. If you have another suggestion for a similar price point what is it?
