Hours long wait for nothing.

Just waited few hours in chat on Fido app to connect to a live chat specialist only for her to tell me the exact same plans that were on the Fido website available to me. There has to be a software that engages the customer to tell them if there are any other offers available than the site. Based on availability. Something. That doesn’t make the “live chat specialist” look stupid and for me to not waste my time.
