Chrissy Teigen says the White House's reaction to Selena Gomez's immigrant raids post is "fucking preposterous"
Last week (January 27), Emilia Pérez star and singer Selena Gomez posted an Instagram story, recording herself in tears saying: “All my people are getting attacked … the children. I don’t understand. I’m so sorry. I wish I could do something, but I can’t. I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise”.
The official White House account on X has also posted a video addressing Selena Gomez, in which several women are seen telling the musician-actor “you don’t know who you’re crying for”
Now, TV personality, author and model Chrissy Teigen has spoken out in support of Gomez, telling TMZ: “I love her. Empathy should never be frowned upon or made fun of, and the fact that the White House has enough time to even make a statement or a video about it is fucking preposterous and disgusting and lame and loser behaviour.”
