How much should I charge?

Hey all,

I've been refining my lead generation system for home improvement and construction businesses, and the results have been super exciting. Here’s the updated flow I’ve been using:

  1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  2. Custom Landing Page with a short survey
  3. Automated Follow-Up in GoHighLevel via SMS, email, and even voicemail drops
  4. E-Brochure Design to each lead to keep them engaged before call
  5. Daily Social Media Posts driving traffic back to the landing page

For one client, we’ve generated 68 surveyed leads in 30 days, plus 11 direct message inquiries. So far, they’ve closed three deals worth approx €20k each and we're building a pipeline with several others. The client is thrilled and ready to scale but even mentioned hiring more staff to handle the volume.

My client is now interested in referring some of his friends with similar businesses for a % cut, and I’m wondering what’s a fair fee to charge new partners and also what is appropriate to give my current partner for successful referrals?

Curious to hear your thoughts or what you’ve seen others charge for similar systems. Any input is appreciated!
