What do blanket changing services include at your barn?

At the barn I work at (for pasture boarded horses) we’ll take off/put on blankets in the morning, do a temperature check and change as needed again at noon, and then re blanket again at night. So basically 2-3 blanket changes per day, per horse. Most of the boarders also have 5 different blankets per horse (that are never left in the same spot so we can find them— nor are any of them labelled ever). Some of the boarders get very rude and condescending to staff about this as well. It’s only one stable hand doing this while doing barn chores so it gets very time consuming with the number of horses, as it’s a large farm. Just curious how blanket changes are handled at your barn? I am just about losing my mind with this weather!
