Framesheet removal - tell me about it

I have a CHZ22 that I love but I’m debating removing the framesheet. I experience a little of the bag digging that people complain about (not a ton but it’s there) and sometimes the bag just feels more rigid than is necessary for my needs.

Have you removed the framesheet in your bag? What did it help/hurt?
