Next hotfix wishlist

Here's mine:

• One LAD proc a game max
• Famine 50% reduced healing
• Druid shapeshift cooldown or no instant shift
• Windlass crossbow / crossbow damage nerf
• Druid rez
• Rogue 10 step shimmer (cope)
• Druid caster form / spells
• Cleric 1 sanctuary or less healing
• Ranger purge shot either as perk or dispell all buffs for a duration
• Remove quick swapping weapons in inventory
• Maybe add 224 lobbies back
• 1 or 2 more modules in hell with blue portals
