2022+ 5th gens, Tune?

Does anyone have experience running an inline tune on a newer truck? Stock ecm, I may need to seal up the emissions system while I'm cleaning my parts for my 75k mile service in a year or so. I'll have to put in a temporary straight pipe too, so I can still off road. Is my only real option an ecm swap or something 4-5k?
