Cramps and BM

I’ve realized recently that I always get cramps after eating and I’m starting to think it’s because when I have bowel movements it irritates or touches and causes cramps. But this has only been after getting my IUD.

I read somewhere that people with Endometriosis often get cramps when they get bowel movements. I know having an IUD doesn’t equal to the condition but I feel like we get the symptoms or close to it. So I found it interesting to compare.

Anybody else experience this or something similar?
