Has anyone completed the construction management extension program at ucla?

Im looking to take the certificate program at ucla for construction management. Because I cant seem to get my foot in the door management wise. So hopefully the cert will help, or I can connect with other builders etc. the main issue is cost of paying for the program. Has anyone had any luck with that?
