How do you get merch!!??

So I’m going to my first concert!! I’m seeing the SZA sos tour on the 26th of April when she performs in sydney. The only thing is that I’d love to get some merch but i’m not entirely sure how. Like when does the stall open? How early should I get there? etc. If anyone has some general advice I’d really appreciate it!
