What would you rate & value?

Any input would be welcome! New territory for me.

No pages missing & nothing cut out.

Staples seem okay.

Stain on backside bottom corner of binding, but doesn't travel past the back page itself. (Also just noticed it on inside cover as well)

On Pg. 1 there is a #1 written in pen. All other interior pages seem near perfect.
