training a chatbot using a website scraping tool

Hi, I am looking for a software that will scrape a website for pertinent information so I can create a training doc for a chatbot. Right now, I am opening the client's website, going thru each page and copying their info into a Word doc. Then I use that doc to train my bot. It takes a long time. I am hoping to find a software that automates the task. I looked at www.browse.ai but it is way too complicated and doesn't really do the job. Thanks
