CSR- Visa Concierge can they make dinner reservations for you? Especially if there is a language barrier

Just curious, I’m traveling to nice, France soon and I am wondering if I call the concierge with the dinner place I want if they can make reservations for me?

Has anyone done this? If not I will report back in a month
