Questions about 12V power stations and appliances
Hello, I have been looking at buying these items powered with DC 12V;
a power station
an electric kettle
a food warmer and/or a hot plate
a refrigerator
I would be putting them in a minivan and going on trips every month or so. My minivan has a 30A plug. So the power station would be plugged into the outlet, and act as a power source when the vehicle is not driving, correct? This is necessary, or a good idea, or what?
I've been reading about refrigerators, one product's page said it would shut off when the supply voltage would get to low, which seems good.
So my power station would have to have an output big enough to run my refrigerator, and the occasional use of the food warmer and kettle? Do people unplug the refrigerator when they cook?
Are there low price to medium price power stations with multiple plug in ports?
thank you for any help!
