How does Bumble work for agendered people?

New to Bumble, I'm agender but biologically male. I matched with someone (a woman) and on the app it says X hours left to make the first move. But on the notification I received, it said they had to make the first move. When I click the extend it says "Get another 24 hours to make the first move".

I'm not sure I understand who's making the first move here. It's been over 12 hours since the match so either they're just not ready or I'm supposed to say something.
