DO NOT GIVE LOANS TO RJR_1
This guy dmed me for a loan on 1/23 asking for $150 for a repay of $200 on 2/5 after receiving the money he seemed genuine right up until 2/5, i dmed him in the morning asking when he would send it and he told me around 8, he wouldn’t answer my texts for the rest of the day, the next day he asked me for an extension and i told him i could give one without an extra fee as long as he returned 70 today for a diffrent loan i was giving he told me he would send it over but didnt i dmed him 2 hours after asking him what happened to no response again i started texting him once an hour and told him i want the full amount back now that he is not responding he responded 4 hours later and all he said was “Il send it don’t worry” and didn’t respond for another hour i then told him that if he doesn’t send it shit will hit the fan for him and he replied that he will send it in a few mins but again stopped responding so i told him he has an hour to send it or i will dox him here and right after i told him that he started replying quickly again and said he promised me he would send it within an hour with nothing an hour later I decided to give him one last chance and told him he has 2 more hours or I promised him I would dox him he thanked me and said he promised it would be in my account and to no surprise he didn’t send it so I made a post doxing him
- 10 mins later i took the post down and decided I would make a deal with him, I would delete the post on the condition that he returned my money before 12 and if he didn’t I would not only dox him but sell his id aswell, he once again promised me the money would be in my account but it never came
After all of this i sent him a letter with intent to sue and he finally sent my money back but unfortunately with no intrest so only the initial $150 i will still be proceeding with the small claims case unless i get my intrest aswell as he had my money for almost 2 weeks
