1. Yamamoto - Well Respected Old Head Captain. Even Aizen respected him to the point he said Yama will beat him in a direct head to head matchup (without hax/countermeasures)

2. Unohana - Very respectable Old Woman Captain. Best Healer among Captains. Former/Original Kenpachi. Even Byakuya seems to higly respect her. Heck, even Shunsui and Ukitake.

3. Shunsui - for being an old captain

4. Ukitake - for being an old captain

5. Byakuya - Captain who is also a noble clan head.

6. Aizen - Respected as a Academy Teacher. And a Captain. Also a Genius.

7. Gin - Considered Genius.

8. Toshiro - Considered Genius.

11. Soifon -

12. Mayuri - For Obvious reasons. He is like the Orochimaru of Gotei 13.

13. Zaraki - For Obvious Reasons. His personality really pissed off other Captains.

PS: 9 - 11 are interchangeable.
