Poll - I’m wondering how much working out plays into the recovery process.
I’m trying to do some research since it appears there’s not a whole lot of research I’m able to find that the medical world has done. Please comment below: 1) How long you had Bells Palsy? 2) What percentage of recovery did you achieve? (60%, 75%, 100% etc)? 3)Did you worked out regularly after you came down with Bells Palsy? 4) Do you have a sedentary/mainly seated occupation?
I’m looking to see if there’s a correlation with working out and being active. I work from home and admittedly went into a depression when I came down with this. So I stopped working out. And I’m wondering how detrimental that was to my recovery. I’m currently somewhere around 60-65% I would say.
