Are these bumps normal?

Sorry for the image through the glass, Roscoe is currently in shed and he hates being held in shed. I noticed these bumps across his hind legs (underside only), and wanted to know if they’re normal. Roscoe isn’t my first reptile, but first beardie. They’re at regular intervals from knee to knee, and occur nowhere else on the body. Any knowledge is highly appreciated!!
