Why is drifting in beamng nearly impossible?

I have absolutely no problem with drifting in games like assetto corsa and damn even drifting irl seems easier than in beamng. Idk if that's because i have some crappy settings and if the settings is the reason why i cant drift, can someone send theirs? P.S I use a Thrustmaster T150 Pro.
