Did I get a fake Spey jacket?

I received this jacket today and some things seem very off.

Not waxed.
Mesh tartan lining.
No pin. No origin tag. Everything else seems ok. Collar material Fit Buttons.

Are there different types of Spey jackets? I saw a Japanese exclusive that does not looked wax in the green color.
