Stringing with hardened steel nozzle
Hey everyone, I recently switched to a hardened steel nozzle, and suddenly all my prints are experiencing stringing—small wisps of filament everywhere. I never had this issue with the stock stainless steel nozzle.
I've tried increasing the temperature and adjusting retraction settings. My filaments are dry and print perfectly with the stainless steel nozzle. I also recalibrated the printer after the nozzle change, updated the printer and slicer settings to reflect the hardened nozzle, and recalibrated flow and K-factor. Despite all this, the print quality has significantly worsened.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
