Psoriasis on privates?

Heyyy I’m a 24 year old male and im 99% sure I have Psoriasis on my dick. I have had what I thought was a sort of “rug burn” from sex for over a month now. As I have been waiting for it to heal I’ve noticed other areas on my penis where patches of the skin appear to be dry and flaky. Just in the past couple days I’ve noticed three new patches that are drying out (mind u I haven’t had sex or masturbated) which leads me to believe there is something wrong with my skin down there. Another redditor who read my story suggested it could be psoriasis which kind of made sense to me because I actually had psoriasis flare up on my hands last year for the first time in my life. I just looked up photos of psoriasis on the penis and it looks exactly the same as what I’m going through. Now that I know what it is I just want to know how to treat it. I bought the gold bond psoriasis relief lotion that worked so well on my hands last year but I am slightly hesitant to put it on my penis because the skin is so different than the skin on the hands. Unfortunately I cannot see a doctor because I do not have insurance so any doctor/dermatologist who reads this or anyone who has experienced this same thing could please share their advice or how they healed this issue I would be so grateful!
