29 Gal Glofish Tetra Tank

Hi everyone🤗 I'm setting up my 29 Gallon tank again and I'm really wanting to make it a community tetra tank mainly glofish (Barbs, Danios, White Skirts) and also some neon tetra's. Im just wondering since their all fish the like to be in groups of 5 or more how many fish in total would be okay..? I know the rule is 1 inch of fish per gallon of water but I'm just wondering what other peoples opinions are:)
