Icy hot sensations?

Nerve pain continues to get worse even tho I’m not having a panic attack I’m still getting burning hot cold sensations in my back and arms it’s so weird still no appetite it’s almost like I’m sick but the emergency room says I’m not I’m so confused only thing is low iron can anyone relate to this prickling in my left hand burning icy in my right shoulder and forearm anyone relate ?
