Why so much hate

Seen a lot of criticism of all American as a whole I’m 3 seasons in been hooked on it every day after work I find it amazing, a good mix of everything drama,action,romance,life problems etc. for the first time in 1 year I actually feel engaged and emotions when I’m watching it which I haven’t got with any other tv series. So why all the hate?
