Can I get tattoos while in DEP?

I think I already know the answer to this, but I still wanted to ask. I’ve been wanting to add on to my arm tattoo, and finally have some extra money for it. But now I’m in DEP so I don’t know what I would have to do if I get any. Do I have to go back to MEPS? Or would it just be added to my file. The tattoos are not out of regs either
