My attention span is shot. What do you do in evenings that isn’t doom scrolling on tik tok?

Tik tok and my ADHD has completely cooked what was left of my attention span. I find myself bored passing time when I’m not actively doing an activity or working. I don’t enjoy reading, never have, and can only play so many video games. And I have a terrible time trying to sit down and watch a TV show or movie. What do you guys do?
