08x05 teen girls
Was I the only one who thought the anger toward the two teen girls was misdirected? Clearly, egging a house and the whole bag on the porch thing is messed up, but it's also just teenage stupidity. There was absolutely no way they could have predicted potential death. That principal of their school is to blame. He is their authority figure and he is also a grown man; they are children in the eyes of the law. He lost his mind over something that could have been handled in a much more mature and safe manner, and in doing so, he went all Fast & Furious on two teenagers, endangering the entire neighborhood and nearly killing Mara and Denny... two other KIDS. It's hard to deal with that anger, especially since the man responsible is dead, but that's just it--the man responsible is dead, it's not two teens. The girls likely already blame themselves. Is that trauma not enough?
