What do I do?

On October 18th my ability to withdrawal was suspended because they needed ID and card verification. Shortly after withdrawing €823 Very interesting I didn’t notice the suspension of withdrawal for about a month but they had no need to suspend my deposit account during the same time period never asked to verify my ID or my cards ( using the same cards )

I was told I was emailed asking for some documentation. but the account is many years old and I don’t have access to it.

Secondly when I began going through my account transactions I found they had wired €479 into a British account. It’s very clear they ask which account do you want this money to go in and then they just decide let’s put a little here a little there it’s ridiculous… I can’t access that account because I moved to a different country so I don’t know what to do

I currently have around €600 in the account.

After speaking to the customer service rep he almost immediately suspended my entire account they have no number and they do not respond to emails.

Probably the worst run organisation I’ve ever seen doubt il ever see that 600-650 ever again don’t trust 888
