Anything like the heavy flamer?

So I've come back to this game after a long break and decided to start up a heavy flamer crusader. I first started building the character by putting points wherever I thought would work, but then eventually started using SmattyMatty's version of the build when I discovered it.

I'm now level 65 or so and found the build impossibly good. To the point where I was wondering how this is in any way balanced compared to other builds/characters. The only downside so far that I've seen is a slight weakness against armoured enemies, but hardly a problem.

So I'm asking for other players' experiences. Am I completely off base with my observation? Are there other builds that are comparable? Ideally, I'd love to try any other character, just for the sake of variety.
