Which locations to unlock? Leagues V

Been playing leagues, and will soon unlock my third area, i am not a pvper, so no wilderness for me, i mostly like doing pvm content and slayr, so i am trying to decide what to unlock after fremenik, if i go for morytania, kourend,desert, or what else for my next areas, supposedly i can go for morytania and desert to get raids and tob, since i will be a ranged build i can just go for the tb with the megarare voucher, and use masori, since i will go ranged/melee, and get the prayer relics, is is good to go for mori and desert?
