how to wind up a teleinstamatic 608

so i’m comlpletely new to 110 film photography, i can’t seem to find a good youtube tutorial, and i’m wondering how much i should wind my film, i’ve already done it 3-4 times and one website said to wind it until you get resistance, but i’m not sure how much is too much resistance.

overall i’m pretty worried i fucked it up, could use some feedback!

and if your wondering the film is 29 years expired, but i like the expired look on many photos i’ve seen.
